Thank you Denver!
In 2023, the Downtown Denver Partnership launched ¡Viva! Streets alongside community partners. We saw over 40,000 smiles on the route as people biked, ran, scooted, and danced their way down Broadway and Welton Streets. As we begin 2024, we are so grateful for our Denver community and partners who helped make ¡Viva! Streets happen.
Without the time, energy, and excitement from nearly 500 volunteers, 40,000 participants, and hundreds of vendors, this event series would not have been possible. Thank you.

This summer we brought together tens of thousands of participants to connect in downtown Denver's open streets!
We saw thousands of smiling faces, hundreds of activations in the streets, and many memories being made in downtown Denver across four events in summer 2023.
What is
¡Viva! Streets?
¡Viva! Streets Denver is a FREE community event series that celebrates Denver's vibrant neighborhoods and supports local business with temporary car-free streets.
All ages are invited to walk, bike, roll, jog, scoot, or dance down activated streets in the heart of our city and connect with community through exercise, entertainment, and food.
